Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026 ยท This page is maintained by the Tango team to explain how cookies and browser storage are used in Tango CRM. It describes our own practices and is not an independent certification.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Tango CRM uses cookies and similar browser storage โ€” such as local storage and session storage โ€” on the Tango website and application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage work similarly, letting the app remember information between page loads. Both are set either by Tango directly or by a service provider we use to run the Service.

3. The categories we use

Tango uses the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary โ€” keeping you signed in, maintaining your authenticated session, and protecting against abuse. The Service does not work without these.
  • Preferences โ€” remembering interface choices such as your Tango Chat window size and position, your selected workspace, and dialog states you've already dismissed.
  • Payments โ€” set by our payment provider during checkout to process subscriptions securely.

4. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party profiling tools to build marketing profiles about you.

5. Third parties that may set cookies

Our cloud hosting and authentication provider sets session cookies and storage needed for sign-in, and our payment provider sets cookies during checkout. These providers are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. How long they last

Session cookies are removed when you close your browser. Sign-in and preference storage persists until it expires, until you sign out, or until you clear your browser data.

7. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent parts of Tango from working, including the dashboard, workspaces, and Tango Chat.

Signing out of Tango clears your session storage on that device.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Tango evolves. If you have questions about our use of cookies, reach us through the Contact page.
